"Two Towers" / "Arwen" / "Fellowship of the Ring" をダウンロード＆インストール後
[Main/ICQ]->[Preferences]->[Contact List]->[Design]タブ
[Contact List Customization]枠内
Select Preset:インストールしたPresetを選択

(注意)
　ICQ Plusを使う時は、Select Preset:Noneにして下さい。
　ICQ Plusのスキンの表示が変になります。
